FETE
Canford Heath Road, Poole
A really good afternoon for the family to enjoy and help support the school and
its pupils. Loads of stalls and other features and some good home made cakes
at modest prices.
The band plays as a backdrop to the event but the
kids sit around in front and really love the music. Well worth
your support. |

EVENING CONCERT
Ferndown RBL , Church Road
A nice way to spend a Sunday evening away from the TV. Bar prices are lower than
most pubs and the members would love to see more people join in their activities
throughout the year.

ELLINGHAM SHOW
Somerley Park, Fordingbridge
Ellingham Show is one of the best family day out attractions featuring not only
the Ferndown Brass Band but also showjumping, heavy horses, prize cattle, loads
of stalls, loads of food, family entertainment and more music throughout the
day. Close on 15-20k visitors flock to the event and it starts early in the morning,
finishing about 5pm.
Tickets on the gate are around £5 for a brilliant
day out. Check out local TIC for more. The band plays as a background
to the event from 12:00 and at 14:00 to 16:00

BRASS IN THE
PARK
Christchurch Bandstand
Nice way to start the weekend on the banks of the river with food and drink available
nearby and quite a lot going on around the park area too.
Look out in the local
press for more information but be aware that parking is at a premium. Late
comers could park at the far end of the park and walk through
to the bandstand. |

A full summer concert hosted by the Ferndown
Community Association. Tickets from the Barrington Theatre Box Office
in advance £5. Discounts for FCA members. Bar and Raffle.

CHRISTMAS AT
THE BARRINGTON
Barrington Theatre, Ferndown
Warm up to Christmas with the band playing specially composed works featuring Christmas themes from around the world. Plenty of well known traditional carols and more modern items will allow audience participation. Mince
pies, mulled wine, bar and raffle.
Easy access for disabled and
free parking. Tickets from the Barrington Theatre
Box Office cost around £5.50 (concessions for FCA members).
A usually very well supported event. Tickets available on the
door
or in advance for reserved seating. It would be nice to see
lots of children at the concert.
Last year the concert was
sold out
by 7.00pm!!!!!
